Structured in its contemporary form in 2009, Drop Test International began as a small firm committed to addressing unique, highly challenging problems within Army programs. Starting simply, its early leaders committed themselves to hands-on style of problem solving that envisioned the application of highly qualified people to fix tough programmatic problems.

Chief Executive Officer & Operating Partner
Mr. Ernest Williams is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Operating Partner of Drop Test International (DTI) where he oversees all functions of executive officers, employees and day to day operations. Ernest, co-founder of DTI, was promoted to CEO in 2009 and began to bring DTI’s strategy and vision to light. His major responsibilities as CEO have included developing and implementing high-level strategies, making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of DTI, and acting as the main point of communication between investors and the company operations. Ernest has been responsible for DTI’s success by directing its overall growth and proper delegation of tasks to senior staff. Ernest’s dedication and drive to see DTI succeed has proven to be a successful leader, not only shown in DTI’s financial success, but in the development of DTI’s culture. His hands-on approach as a leader has set the standard for DTI’s operating procedures.

Mr. Williams’ success stems from his unwavering leadership, his great dedication to his duties, and his attention to details; resulting in many accolades from military and civic leaders alike. Ernest has successfully designed, managed and taught highly-acclaimed tactical human intelligence courses, including; Contingency Operations Course (CONOPS), Unit Level Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations (CIFSO), Electronic Target Exploitation, and Human Intelligence collection for Special Operations. He has also provided highly specialized support to classified projects, operations, plans and programs with the US Army Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and other government agencies. He has also accredited for successfully conducting counterintelligence investigations concerning matters of subversion and espionage directed against the U.S. Army (SAEDA).

Ernie earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Trinity College and University in 2006. His other education and training includes military and intelligence training courses. He has received certificates in the U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent Badge and Credentials, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA).
